Maya Montri, born in Munich, began her life as a performer at the young age of 5 when she performed her first solo ballet dance in front of an hopeful audience. Several stage performances followed including " 35th of May (by Erich Kaestner)" at Gaertnerplatztheater Munich at the age of 11.At the age of 15 she became a member of the "corps de ballet" at Gaertnerplatztheater Munich and trained Ballet within the pre-professional training division at the Roleff King Ballet school.Followed by the professional 3 years course in acting and dance at the Iwanson college of contemporary dance.With the age of 6 she also started taking piano lessons for 8 years within the "college of music and theatre" and played in several piano concerts. She is a licensed Aerobics instructor and teaches in several gyms in Munich for over 7 years.She continued dance training in the UK at the London Theatre school and Pineapple dance studio. Putting special interest into Hip Hop and commercial jazz. She continued her training in acting and started modelling. Currently listed in agencies within Germany (a.o. Constantin Entertainment).She is holding regular classes in Salsa Cuba Club in Munich.
